			<description><![CDATA[ We just got a Presto 8-qt PC and have never used one before.  The instruction book says all grains must be cooked in a bowl within the pot, and then covered
with foil.  The PC does not come with a bowl insert so I&#39;m not sure how to find one that will both fit inside the PC and be large enough to cook a decent
quantity of rice.  So my questions - where to find a good stainless bowl (with lid or handle) that will fit inside my pot, and do I really need to cover it to

I recently inherited a pressure cooker from an aunt who moved away.

I believe it to be a Chantal Pressure Cooker 8.X Quart.

Made in W. Germany shown at the bottom.  And on the handle says Chantal.

I&#39;m not a stranger to pressure cookers, I&#39;ve used the first generation pressure cookers before with ther dangling weight.
<br>

This one doesnt use a weight, but pops up a stick from the top of lid.  There is no gauge.
