I recently inherited a pressure cooker from an aunt who moved away.

I believe it to be a Chantal Pressure Cooker 8.X Quart.

Made in W. Germany shown at the bottom.  And on the handle says Chantal.
<br>
I&#39;m not a stranger to pressure cookers, I&#39;ve used the first generation pressure cookers before with ther dangling weight.
<br>
<br>
This one doesnt use a weight, but pops up a stick from the top of lid.  There is no gauge.
