I have my mother's pressure cooker that I would like to use but I cannot find the manual. The only indication of a manufacturere is a stocker that says
"High Cook". It was manufactured in Brazil and has engraved instructions in English and Spanish. Thanks!

I don't have any info on a brand by that name. It's possible that it's not even available in the US, and without a distributor, you won't be
able to find replacement parts.
Unless you know that the gasket is relatively new, and you've inspected it to be certain that it is in good condition, don't use any old pressure cooker until you have replaced all the rubber parts. See the article, Used Pressure Cookers on the website. As this is an aluminum cooker, it is probably one of the inexpensive models that are still using the old fashioned 'juggling' pressure weights.
