HubbyDearest loves this type of sandwich, and I think it will appeal to BrotherDearest also, who joins us about once a week for dinner. BrotherDearest is also interested in learning to use the pressure cooker, although so far it's been all talk. Perhaps this recipe will inpire him to action!
