I am trying to fine the manual for Euro-ProX stainless steel pressure cooker set.
In addition to the Euro-ProX and 18/10 stainless and images of the various kinds of stoves electric, gas, etc stamped on the bottom it has the numbers listed below stamped on either side of the 8qt pot. Made in Portugal also stamped on bottom.
On either side of the stove imagaes there is stamped on the right 8QT On the other side of the stove images PC104 is stamped
The smaller saucepan has 350 PC104 on the bottom. without the pictures of the stoves.
The lid has a dial with fin on it, and settings indicated by a dot . I II and III
I need a manual to determine how long to let steam come out before closing the dial to III. It doesn't have weights, just the dieal. I've been
turning the house upside down trying to find whatever came with it, can find everything I don't need, of course! I bought the pressure cooker through the
Betty Crocker page when they were still taking points from their products and fulfilling orders on their own, now it's cooking.com, and no euro-pro
products.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
