Yes, you can cook all kinds of roasts -- beef, pork, whole chickens, turkey breasts, venison, lamb -- and almost every other cut of meat, too. Pressure cookers
have always been famous for taking a cheap, tough cut of meat, like a brisket, and quickly tum it into a moist and fork tender entrée.
