Have just bought my pressure cooker and not used it yet but it does not have the tray thing it only has the basket for steaming. Do i need to use a metal plate
with the holes in it or will it be ok. Sorry to sound so thick but i have never used one before.

So now i read on your page that i would be better
bringing it up to pressure and then putting it on a ring thats only on a low heat, was going to cook the dinner today and try that but i have been so busy i
have not got round to it. Will try tomorrow . It cost me 80 euros so its not a really cheap on and i think when i build up my confidence it will be great.
