This is not really a question just a situation I found myself in that I wanted to describe to people who love pressure cookers. I visited my local rather upmarket kitchen shop to look at a Fagor Duo in stock and to find insert pans. The owner approached me and after some discussion by me about the joys of pressure cookers she commented "I'm a chef and chefs don't use pressure cookers. Mine's in the shed and it can stay there." I wonder why she sells them. I won't buy mine there.
