I have found a great deal on WMF Perfect Plus pressure cookers, but I saw on your website that they don't really cook at 15psi. I contacted WMF to ask them what pressures corresponded to their "low and high" pressures and they told me 15 and 20 psi. Do you know if there have been changes in the pressure cooker or is WMF giving me false information? I can get this pressure cooker for around $120 as large as 8.5 quarts.
The other pressure cooker I'm considering is the Kuhn Rikon 5 liter that has the plastic top (its a special "introductory" model). I can get this pressure cooker for around $100. I'm concerned about the plastic top and the size, though, although the price is right.
I have a family of five and I'm new to pressure cooking. I took a class in it a few months ago (a friend signed up for the class, but then wasn't able to attend, so he had me go instead) and would like to pressure cook at home.
Thanks!
Wendy
