The only thing I can tell you, is that this is a Portuguese brand that is not available in the US. Its unlikely that any parts and service will be found.

The UL label on a pressure cooker only means that it doesn't exceed 15psi pressure for safety reason. It doesn't tell you WHAT its normal operating setting(s) is, however.

Unfortunately this is an all too common problem with auction buyers, and I have an article on the website that examines this issue in depth.

If you can work get past the buyer's remorse, you may be able to salvage your purchase by browsing through the Beginners Workshop section.

Conversely, you can find out what to look for in shopping for today's modern pressure cookers, and even more importantly, what to avoid.
